Our sea scallops are of a quality that even surpasses diver scallops. They are 100% meat, straight from the boat, and have not been treated with chemicals of any kind, including size enhancers. They are larger than bay scallops. Excellent to fry, broil, or saute. We do not store our scallops in a warehouse. We wash them in sea water, immediately pack them, and ship them to the customer.
