We deal directly with local boat captains, clammers, and one small aquaculture farm. These individuals provide products that meet our quality standards for our own family. Having done business with these hard-working people for a number of years, we have the utmost confidence that you will be provided with the best quality product available to us.

Our inspector has 27 years of experience in the seafood business. With that many years under his belt, you better believe he knows quality when he sees it. Each product must pass his detailed inspection before it is made available to the public.
He is also the captain of our boat, the fishing vessel M & M, providing both scallops and lobster.
